Gas central heating government grants.

"WARM FRONT" Gas or Oil Fired Central Heating Grants.

FREE central heating installation for those on eligible benefits or tax credits.

If you own your own home or rent it from a private landlord, you may be eligible for a grant of up to £2,700 (or £4,000 if oil central heating is involved) under the Warm Front Scheme. Warm Front Grants are available in England only; other schemes operate in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

If you DON'T qualify for the full grant.

If you are NOT eligible for the full grant due to receiving no qualifying benefits etc, then you may be eligible for a £300 rebate if:

* You are over 60 AND
* You are an owner occupier or private tenant AND
* You have no central heating, or your system is inoperable.

Click "None of the above" on the form to the right if this is your situation, otherwise select your qualifying benefit and then "Go".

Has your property received a grant?

If the property has previously received Warm Front improvements, the grant available will be the balance of £2,700 (or £4,000 if oil central heating is involved) less the value of all works previously completed.
